What to expect: Movements consist of standing, floor and chair(barre) work and can be modified as necessary. Shoes are removed to allow for foot stretching and strengthening. Foot covers that have grips on the bottom also work well.
What to bring: Exercise mat for floor work and large folded towel or small pillow for posture support during guided stretching. Payments: cash (preferred), check, credit card
