ESSENTRICS® Release. Rebalance. Restore. (Tuesday) A gentle slower-paced workout that restores full-body mobility while safely and slowly enhances strength and flexibility. Designed for people easing into exercising, recovering from surgeries, or those suffering from chronic pain, atrophy issues, or stiffness due to past injuries. 

Structure of an ESSENTRICS® Gentle Stretch Class:

  • Warm up

  • ESSENTRICS trademark full body standing exercises

  • ESSENTRICS standing or barre work for posture and flexibility

Age Reversing ESSENTRICS® (Saturday) A slow-paced age reversing workout that will restore movement in your joints, flexibility in your muscles, relieve pain, and stimulate your cells to increase energy, vibrancy and your immune system. 

Structure of an Age Reversing ESSENTRICS® Class:

  • Slow tempo warm-up

  • Slow-paced standing and floor or barre exercises

*2nd Saturday of each month*

Age Reversing ESSENTRICS® class will be held at the Villa Park Library (not at Calvary Church).  This class is open to the public and free of charge to everyone.

Pay as you go = drop in prices listed above

4+1 Class Discount = $40 for any 4 classes plus 1 free class

5+1 Class Discount = $50 for any 5 classes plus 1 free class

Please arrive 10 minutes before class start time:  This allows time to set up your mat, make payment, etc. It is also a good time to assess if additional adjustment or support is needed. 

 

What to expect: Movements consist of standing, floor and chair(barre) work and can be modified as necessary. Shoes are removed to allow for foot stretching and strengthening. Foot covers that have grips on the bottom also work well.

 

What to bring:  Exercise mat for floor work and large folded towel or small pillow for posture support during guided stretching.  Payments: cash (preferred), check, credit card
